In Person Classes

We are now running in person Pilates classes on a Monday and Tuesday evening.
​
Mondays at 19:00 I am running a 'Pilates for Tennis' class which is specifically focused to aid in improving your range of movement and strengthen the muscles that are needed in Tennis.

How to book your class
​
Click on the class you'd like to join below and it will take you to the bookings page. All the in person class are based on a block booking. Any classes missed will still be charged however you can make up a class online on another day or simply ask for the recording.
