Pilates with Cherese offers in person group classes in Raynes Park and Wimbledon on Mondays at 19:00 (Pilates for Tennis Players), 19:45 and on Tuesdays at 19:30.  Pilates with Cherese also offers online classes on Tuesday at 19:45, Thursday 18:30 and Saturdays 09:35. The classes range from beginner to intermediate level or simply mixed ability.  Each class is catered for clients with different needs and levels.  The classes are varied, yet still progressive from week to week, with the aim to get you moving in all directions and stronger.  All the classes have a focus on back care, how to mobilise the spine and strengthen the surrounding muscles. These classes also welcome pre and post natal clients.

Private 1-1 Sessions

Equipment 1-1 sessions in Earlsfield £85 an hour

Private Pilates classes are a great way to focus on mastering the correct Pilates technique in addition to zoning in on your specific areas of concern.  You will have the full attention of the instructor to make sure you are getting the most out of your session.  These classes are normally done in the comfort of your own home and online.

Semi-privates sessions

2-1 matwork sessions £85 per hour

10 Semi-Private sessions £800

Semi-private Pilates classes are aimed at 2 - 4 people who would like to exercise together.  This small group class can be an effective way of focussing different areas of concern as well as perfecting your Pilates practice whilst training with your family or friends.  It is a great way to exercise together. 

Corporate Pilates

With the aim of everyone returning to the office, you may find yourself not having enough to time to get to a group Pilates class so why not organise a group Pilates class at your office?  This is great way to manage work and exercise.

 

These classes will help you feel more relaxed, energised and less stiff.  It aims to counter that bad 'desk posture' and leave you feeling free and more mobile. These classes can be done before or after work or during lunchtime.  The classes run for 45mins so giving you enough time to grab a bite before heading back to work.
